Clarendon Stays began on the HS2 project in Warwickshire, when Luca Valle spent his early career in construction and watched hundreds of contractors arrive in the region with nowhere decent to stay. At the same time, landlords across Leamington Spa and Coventry were sitting on good properties earning standard rent, with no idea that this level of demand existed nearby. Four years on, Clarendon Stays is a family run business managing more than 35 properties across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry. Properties are furnished and run properly, from listing through to check out, and let to the companies and guests who need them rather than left waiting on a platform.
